- We are the largest technology company for the financial sector in Brazil and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/QA Analyst to join our Services team and help drive the financial market.
- In the Services area, we organize squads to support our clients with business vision, development, and maintenance of their products. We are experts in People Tech, providing everything from individual professionals to complete multidisciplinary teams for technical and business management. Our solutions prioritize opportunities, identify priorities, and provide the best technology experience for personalized value delivery to our clients’ results.
- This role will ensure the desired quality for backlog items to be delivered in sprints, contributing to business definitions (functional documentation) and deliverables testing (QA).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and test plans to ensure product and system quality.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests in development, testing, and production environments.
- Identify and document defects and work with the development team to ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Assist in documenting business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure business requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
- Required: Experience as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst, preferably in a software development environment. Knowledge of testing methodologies and testing tools. Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements and test cases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multifunctional teams and document processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Desirable: Knowledge of collection and credit receivables. Knowledge of financial mathematics.
- Mandatory: Hybrid work in São Paulo.
