Responsabilidades
Gerenciar campanhas de captação de leads por tráfego pago (Google Ads, Facebook Ads e Linkedin Ads);
Desenhar, implantar e acompanhar as etapas do funil de Growth;
Definir os processos de experimentação;
Conhecer a jornada do cliente para identificar atritos e oportunidades de melhoria;
Estruturar testes para executar e entender os resultados para trazer aprendizados para o negócio;
Otimizar o uso de ferramentas de análise (quantitativas e qualitativas) e de testes;
Utilizar os dados na tomada de decisão, levantamento de hipóteses e ideação;
Apresentar os resultados e ações de melhoria;
Requisitos
Conhecimento em SEO;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de Web Analytics e criação e edição de landing pages (Google Ads, Facebook Ads e LinkedIn Ads);
Conhecimentos em frameworks e metodologias de Growth;
Pensamento analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados.
Experiência e bons resultados nas atividades acima, produto B2B;
Vivência com as plataformas de automação de marketing (RD, Hubspot);
Conhecimento de metodologia ágil;
Desejável vivência em soluções SaaS.
