– Search and track tenders on specific platforms.
– Prepare proposals and price estimates.
– Collaborate with the relevant department to prepare product costs.
– Prepare and submit complete company documentation for bidding processes.
– Participate in e-auctions and monitor all stages until completion within the specified deadlines.
– Manage all documents, proposals, and orders sent and received related to bidding processes, by organizing them in regional or client folders.
– Participate in in-person bidding processes, when necessary.
– Manage the bidding schedule.
– Monitor tender prospects’ registrations.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of computer assembly or maintenance.
– Sales experience.
– Easy access to downtown São José dos Pinhais.
– Salary + commission and benefits, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
