Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Mapeamento e analise de processos e Fluxos de atividades
  • Documentação de processos
  • Melhoria Continua de Processos
  • Desenho e Homologação de formularios (sistema de atendimento)
  • Comunicar-se com o cliente e equipe de pequenos projetos
  • Ajudar na elaboração de cronogramas de pequenos projetos
  • Estruturação e controle do desempenho dos projetos
  • Interface com áreas usuárias
  • Análise e tratativa de planilhas
  • Elaboração de procedimentos e Apresentações
  • Treinamento de equipe

Requisitos e qualificações

Conhecimentos Desejáveis:

  • BPM; SAP; PDCA; DMAIC; White Belt

Conhecimentos e cursos Obrigatórios:

  • Pacote office Avançado
  • Administração de empresas ou áreas relacionadas
