岗位职责:
- 完成项目法律和财务尽职调查，撰写尽调报告。
- 建立财务模型，对于投资的可行性进行分析和量化。
- 成立项目小组，以项目形式推动投资项目进程，每周和每月完成项目进度报告。
- 对拟投资项目的交易方案进行设计，协助完成合作谈判，向政府争取投资优惠政策。
- 起草各类合作协议、备忘录、战略框架协议等法律文件。
- 制定年度投后管理和整体验收计划，并按计划执行投资管理工作。
- 制定孵化项目投资方案，对孵化项目实施、经营情况进行评价，跟踪管理。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上，英语口语流利
- 五年及以上，丰富的项目管理工作经验
- CPA/ACCA/CFA/CMA,有实际的财务预算编制和有相关投融资、咨询、券商类工作经验者优先
- 具备一定的投资并购、法律、财税等必备专业知识；
- 具备较强的投资并购相关专业能力及项目风险分析能力。
