Atendimento ao cliente presencial e remoto; Abertura e fechamento do caixa e loja; Prospecção de clientes, apresentação de peças, auxilio aos clientes na prova de óculos, negociação, assessorar em promoções e ações de vendas; Acompanhamento do pedido do cliente em todo o processo de vendas e pós vendas; Organização de estoque e mostruário da loja em geral: receber mercadorias, cadastrar produtos, etiquetar peças; Atingimento da meta estabelecida de vendas mensais e semanais; Realização de cronograma de estudos e treinamentos voltados para vendas e capacitação profissional.
