Job Description

Atender os leads advindos dos diversos canais de comunicação e captação de leads via pós vendas e sucesso do cliente. Entender a necessidade, dores e desejos de cada cliente a fim de indicar a melhor experiência/solução Gerenciar e atualizar o banco de dados e os sistemas de gerenciamento de relacionamento com clientes (CRM) Participar e apoiar eventos comerciais e de marketing no showroom e em locais pré-determinados Organizar apresentações e experimentações no showroom com o objetivo de vender para o consumidor final Administração do ecossistema na sua região (convite, atendimento e experimentações nos pontos do ecossistema) Apoiar a equipe comercial de SP e Brasil demonstrando produtos e experiências no showroom quando necessário Experiência, porque ela será usada para sempre oferecer as soluções mais adequadas para o que necessitam, e assim fidelizá-los; ? Empatia, pois é preciso entender o cliente, analisar os pontos positivos e negativos que ele teve no primeiro contato anterior com a instituição, para poder conduzir sempre as negociações com maior satisfação para o cliente; Cauteloso, é o que vai garantir que ele lide de melhor maneira a evitar adversidades com os compradores. Experiência com vendas e atendimento a cliente Será um diferencial conhecer e ter prática com CRM Zoho. Preferencialmente graduado (em qualquer rea, mas administrao e marketing so um diferencial) Especializao na rea comercial/vendas ser um diferencial
