Como um vendedor externo, você será responsável por formar relacionamentos duradouros com clientes em potencial, melhorando as vendas e impulsionando os negócios da empresa. O candidato ideal terá excelentes habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e negociação e será capaz de demonstrar uma paixão pela construção de relacionamentos duradouros com os clientes. Além disso, o candidato deve ser um indivíduo altamente motivado e auto-iniciante, capaz de trabalhar de forma independente, assim como em equipe. Como vendedor externo, você deverá possuir habilidades comerciais avançadas e o conhecimento do mercado e da concorrência, a fim de ajudar na identificação de oportunidades de vendas e no fechamento de negócios. É essencial que o candidato tenha habilidades em gestão de tempo e de organização, a fim de atingir as metas de vendas definidas pela empresa. A principal função do vendedor externo é criar e manter relacionamentos com clientes em potencial, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções personalizadas baseadas nas ofertas de produtos ou serviços da XQIRH. É preciso estar disponível para viajar e ficar em hotéis para atender suas regiões de venda, preservando todo tempo o bom relacionamento com o cliente. Requisitos Essenciais: – Ensino médio completo (ou superior em áreas relacionadas a vendas e negociação) – Experiência em vendas externas em empresas com forte geração de demanda; preferencialmente na área de telecomunicações, internet, saúde, medicina diagnóstica, mobiliário e automobilístico. – Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e comunicação interpessoal – Disponibilidade para horários flexíveis com viagens constantes. – Experiência com ferramentas de CRM e acompanhamentos de pipeline.
