Desenvolvimento e capacitação de pessoal e análise e gestão de indicadores promoção de vendas, gestão de marketing, gestão e controle do desperdício de mercadorias, gestão de conflitos, gestão de serviço e qualidade assegurada, análise e gestão de metas e indicadores. Prestar assistência ao gerente geral de restaurante: cálculo e compra (pedidos) de produtos e mercadorias. Envio / controle de documentos garantindo a qualidade nas informações e em todos os processos, procedimentos e normas operacionais do restaurante.
