Job Description

Atuar com suporte Técnico a usuários de TI. Atendimento de chamados de Hardware e Software. Esclarecer dúvidas, prestar orientação técnica e sanar problemas relacionados ao uso de softwares básicos, aplicativos, equipamentos e dispositivos de TI em geral. Executar intervenções remotas e presenciais nas estações de trabalho dos usuários, para diagnóstico ou atendimento, tais como instalação de softwares/drivers, configurações e demais ações necessárias ao atendimento das solicitações. Manter usuário informado através de contato telefônico e/ou ferramenta, sobre o andamento do atendimento. Atendimentos remotos e presenciais. Escalonar o atendimento quando necessário. Abertura, registros e fechamentos de chamados através da ferramenta de controle via WEB. Formatação de máquinas, troca de peças, instalação de softwares. Experincia em atendimento a ambiente de fbrica, conhecimento de ITIL. Conhecimento do sistema operacional MS Windows, pacote MS Office, de rede e hardware de computadores. Experincia em atendimento a ambiente de TI.
