Capacidade de comunicação; Treinar, liderar e motivar equipe; Estruturar, coordenar e gerenciar equipe; Oferecer as condições necessárias para o desempenho das atividades diárias; Assegurar o desenvolvimento do setor e a execução das atividades; Avaliar o desempenho individual; Supervisionar escala de trabalho; Conhecimentos de canais digitais; Auxiliar na criação de metas para indivíduos e equipe; Contratar e integrar novos funcionários; Responder perguntas da equipe e dar orientação e feedback; Prever encaminhamento e assumir chamadas quando necessário; Procurar meios de otimizar procedimentos e manter a equipe motivada; Garantir cumprimento das políticas de atendimento, procedimentos estabelecidos; Manter a gerência informada sobre qualquer tipo de problema; Preparar resultados semanais/mensais e relatórios de desempenho; Ter experincia em superviso; Ter conhecimento sobre convnios mdicos; Conhecimentos referente a rea de faturamento; Acompanhar todo o ambiente da clnica;
