Job Description
O Plant Manager será responsável pela gestão da operação industrial e administrativa da planta, com escopo estratégico envolvendo a produção e áreas administrativas da estrutura. Dentre suas atividades estão:

Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar ações corretivas.
Assegurar que os produtos fabricados atendam aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa, cliente e pelos órgãos regulatórios.
Supervisionar as atividades de manutenção, garantindo a disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos equipamentos.
Promover uma cultura de segurança no local de trabalho, implementando políticas e procedimentos adequados.
Gerenciar o orçamento da planta, controlando os custos operacionais e identificando oportunidades de redução de gastos.
Contratar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe.
Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e fornecedores, buscando a satisfação do cliente e a melhoria contínua dos processos.

The Successful Applicant
Para essa posição, buscamos profissionais com experiência em gestão de plantas industriais, com vivência em ferramentas como Lean Manufacturing e Kaizen, ferramentas de qualidade e gestão de projetos.
É mandatório o nível de inglês avançado para essa posição.
