  • Atuará na central de atendimento, auxiliando os clientes das nossas marcas de alto padrão (Le Lis, John John, Bo.Bô, Dudalina e Individual), promovendo uma boa experiência e garantindo um atendimento de alta qualidade;
  • Responder pelo atendimento com o objetivo de sanar, direcionar e buscar a melhor solução para reclamações, sugestões ou dúvidas;
  • Dar o encaminhamento as demandas, utilizando as ferramentas de relacionamento (telefone, e-mail, chat, WhatsApp e etc.);
  • Executar suas atividades, zelando pelo cumprimento dos indicadores de desempenho e manter atualizado o sistema de gestão de pessoal e da operação disponibilizados;
  • Cumprir as recomendações e determinações estabelecidas nas normas, legislação, e demais programas da empresa no exercício de suas atividades;
  • Consultar andamento dos pedidos desde a fase inicial até fase final, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes.

Requisitos

Para Dar Match Com a Gente Você Precisa

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Ter conhecimento no Pacote Office (nível básico);
  • Ter fácil acesso a Vila Leopoldina;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial
  • Disponibilidade para atuar na escala 6×1 (14hás 20h20)
  • Afinidade em lidar com pessoas;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Diferencial- conhecimento em Sales Force Service, Ferramentas Chat e WhatsApp.
