Job Description

O Gerente Sênior de Recursos Humanos é um parceiro estratégico da Liderança de Operações, tendo como principais clientes os Gerentes dos Armazéns, fornecendo suporte e consultoria para desenhos de estrutura, busca por otimização de recursos e aumento de produtividade nas áreas de Inventário e Prevenção de Perdas, Customer Experience (SAC), Inbound, Outbound e Last Mile.

Responsabilidades

  • Ser o ponto de contato principal dos Gerentes de Armazéns, apoiando-os na execução dos objetivos estratégicos do negócio.
  • Acompanhar e analisar as métricas operacionais e de recursos humanos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo soluções inovadoras.
  • Desenvolver e implementar programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para os funcionários das áreas de Operações, em parceria com as áreas de RH de Gestão de Talento e Gestão da Performance.
  • Gerenciar processos de aquisição e recrutamento de talentos, identificando perfis adequados para as diversas posições e garantindo a conformidade com políticas e procedimentos de RH, em parceria com a área de RH de Gestão de Talento.
  • Apoiar os Gerentes de Armazéns em temas 360º de recursos humanos, como avaliações de desempenho, planos de sucessão, gerenciamento de conflitos e retenção de talentos.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências e melhores práticas em Recursos Humanos, aplicando-as de forma estratégica nas operações da empresa.
  • Colaborar com outros membros da área de RH em projetos e iniciativas que possam impactar as áreas de Operações.

Vaga Afirmativa para Mulheres

  • Graduação em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência comprovada em Recursos Humanos, com foco em Business Partnering. (nice to have: empresas de varejo ou e-commerce)
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista e previdenciária. (nice to have)
  • Habilidade em gestão de projetos e processos, com forte orientação para resultados. (must have)
  • Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação, com capacidade de influenciar e negociar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos. (must have)
