Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR analyst acting within all HR systems
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies
  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive HR information.
  • English – Fluent
