Job Description

• Lead an operation with three different business units: O&G (essential knowledge), agribusiness, and Minerals;
• Develop proposals, process improvements, continuous improvement, and creation of indicators;
• Manage the operational budget of the region, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated to meet operational and financial goals;
• Propose innovations and market expansion for other business units, e.g., Food;
• Ensure strict safety regulations and standards. The manager must ensure that all activities comply with local and international laws, minimizing legal and environmental risks.
