Job Description

Procuramos um(a) profissional experiente, com ampla gama de habilidades para

gerenciamento e desenvolvimento de equipes, que possa liderar nossas iniciativas de recursos

humanos no cargo de Gerente de Recursos Humanos.

Atividades

  • Liderar e coordenar as atividades de gestão de pessoas, garantindo a atração, retenção e desenvolvimento dos talentos da organização;
  • Desenvolver e implementar políticas e programas de recursos humanos;
  • Recrutar, treinar e desenvolver empregados;
  • Gerenciar o desempenho dos funcionários e realizar avaliações, feedbacks construtivos e programas de desenvolvimento profissional;
  • Assessorar a gerência em questões relacionadas a recursos humanos;
  • Avaliar benefícios e programas de remuneração e desenvolver estratégias para equilibrar as

necessidades da empresa e dos empregados;

  • Desenvolver e implementar iniciativas de planejamento de sucessão;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das leis trabalhistas e regulamentações do setor.
  • Experiência profissional prévia em recursos humanos, preferencialmente na área de turismo ou agências de viagens;
  • Conhecimento profundo das leis trabalhistas e regulamentações do setor;
  • Fortes habilidades de liderança e gestão de equipes;
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e efetiva;
  • Habilidades interpessoais superiores;
  • Formação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins;
  • Inglês avançado.
