The professional will be responsible for managing a 4,500 square meter retail store with an average of 200 employees. The store is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The tasks to be performed include ensuring the operational standards of the store are met, controlling expenses, inventory, profit margins, and minimizing losses. The role also involves managing and developing teams, department managers, and monitoring relevant performance indicators. Strong leadership skills are required, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
