Responsabilidades

  • Fornecer um serviço excepcional ao cliente, cumprimentando-os de maneira amigável e prestativa, garantindo que suas necessidades sejam atendidas a tempo e com eficiência.
  • Demonstrando um profundo conhecimento de vinhos e de suas características, para poder aconselhar nossos clientes sobre o melhor vinho para suas refeições.
  • Ajudar na preparação do restaurante e mesas antes da abertura do serviço.
  • Monitorar os restaurantes durante o seu horário de trabalho, verificando se os clientes estão satisfeitos e sobretudo atentos a qualquer dúvida ou necessidade que possam ter.
  • Manter atualizada a documentação e registro de pedidos e vendas, garantindo a precisão das informações.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada em um ambiente de restaurante a lá carte.
  • Conhecimento profundo de vinhos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de relacionamento interpessoal, com a capacidade de se comunicar e trabalhar com uma variedade de clientes e colegas em diversos ambientes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de maneira eficiente e sob pressão, priorizando tarefas em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante mudança.
  • Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras será considerado uma vantagem.

Salário: R$1.707,95 + Comissão (média R$1.200) + VT + Refeição o local
