  • Experiência como Diretor de Operações;
  • Preferência por residir no Rio Grande do Sul, porém, a atuação remota é considerada;
  • Ter autonomia para tomar decisões estratégicas e lidar com aspectos financeiros;
  • Maturidade profissional e habilidade para trabalhar com recursos financeiros;
  • Capacidade de formar e desenvolver equipes de alto desempenho;
  • Perfil de liderança forte e inspirador.

Requisitos Técnicos Desejáveis

  • Fluência em inglês

Nível de senioridade + tempo de experiência:

  • Nível de Diretor;
  • Experiência anterior como Diretor de Operações.
