Job Description

Sua responsabilidade como Volter será:

Realizar atendimento ao cliente por meio de ligações, WhatsApp ou e-mail.
Agendar e participar de reuniões virtuais e presenciais, visitas presenciais internas e externas, esclarecer dúvidas sobre o funcionamento da usina, questões técnicas, status do projeto, dentre outros.
Registrar ata das reuniões realizadas.
Atuar como agente de interação entre o cliente e todos os setores da empresa, validando informações, esclarecendo dúvidas e repassando informações por meio de ligações, WhatsApp ou e-mail.
Acompanhar o cronograma de obra com as etapas da usina, a fim de monitorar e garantir o andamento das atividades, evitando atrasos.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo.
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente.
