Efetivo – CLT Área e especialização profissional: Comercial, Vendas – Venda Externa Nível hierárquico: Encarregado Local de trabalho: São Paulo, SP Regime de contratação de tipo Efetivo – CLT Jornada Período Integral A Recrutify junto ao cliente Mobyan está em busca de Coordenador de Força de Vendas para compor o time! Responsabilidades: Coordenar equipe de vendas, composta por 5
e 50 executivos de vendas; Gerenciar agendas, trabalhando fortemente na capacitação e desenvolvimento do time; Utilizar os recursos da empresa para colaborar com o desenvolvimento contínuo dos sistemas comerciais; Garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes (interno e externo); Responder às solicitações dos clientes e dar suporte pós-venda quando solicitado; Apurar remunerações e garantir o cumprimento do business plan; Monitorar o progresso da equipe, identificar gaps e propor melhorias; Realizar a gestão da rotina e de indicadores KPI’s da área; Realizar a gestão administrativa do time, acompanhando o onboarding de novos colaboradores, reciclagem de treinamentos, desdobramento de comunicação interna, rotinas de feedback, construção de planos de desenvolvimento individuais e outras atividades relacionadas a liderança; Identificar desvios, realizar a construção de planos de ação, acompanhar e garantir a execução das ações.
Requisitos Ensino Superior Completo; Possuir experiência anterior em vendas; Necessário conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel; Capacidade de trabalhar bem em um ambiente acelerado; Necessário vivência e conhecimento em metodologias voltadas para melhoria contínua; Excelentes habilidades de desenvolvimento e liderança de equipe.
