Acompanhamento dos chamados. Monitoria e feedback aos analistas. Criação de relatório de desempenho. Monitoramento de fila de atendimento. Contato direto com cliente. Elaboração e criação de procedimentos e scripts para atendimento. Treinamento de técnicos e conhecimentos pacote office, ferramentas de ITSM, conhecimento em automação de processos, e automatização de tickets e procedimentos de TI. Requisitos Desejável conhecimento em microinformática (instalação de softwares, ingressar máquina no domínio, formatação de equipamentos, criação de imagens, Disponibilidade de horário.
