Profissional com de experiência e atuação nas áreas de Comunicação Corporativa, Endomarketing, Marketing Institucional e Atendimento ao Cliente. Possuir graduação em Administração de Empresas e como complemento em sua Especialização em Branding, Fundamentos de Estratégias de Comunicação e Comunicação Empresarial.
Intensa vivência na gestão e operação de grandes projetos como: Estruturação e Reestruturação de Arquitetura de Marca, Cultura Organizacional em processos de fusão e aquisição, Planejamento e Implantação de Campanhas (Externas e Internas) para todos os públicos de interesse, Implantação e Modernização de Identidade Corporativa e Materiais Institucionais, Desenvolvimento de Plano de Marketing e de Mídias, Estruturação e Implantação de Portais (Site e Intranet), Gerenciamento da Marca, Assessoria de Imprensa, Gestão de Crise e Ações de Responsabilidade Social.
Experiencia na condução de equipes de trabalho e na Coordenação e Organização Geral de Eventos Corporativos (médio e grande porte), sendo: Feiras, Convenções, IPO (Abertura de Capital), Marketing de Relacionamento com Clientes, Órgão Públicos, entre outros.
Participação ativa de Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Construção do Centro de Memória e Cultura de empresas, como um projeto de grande valor para contar e apresentar a história do início da empresa.
Experiência em na Implantação, Gestão e Sistematização de áreas de apoio ao cliente, tais como SAC e Call Center.
