Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Recepcionar o cliente;
  • Fazer checklist do estado do veículo em entrada na oficina;
  • Abrir OS e confirmar integralmente a falha do veículo e garantir que todos os sintomas do veículo sejam totalmente registrados como identificados pelo cliente (cliente presente);
  • Preparar orçamento, apresentar e solicitar endosso prévio, para execução dos serviços;
  • Acompanhar execução dos serviços na oficina; controle de qualidade, lavagem;
  • Passar orçamento complementar aos clientes;
  • Agendar retirada do veículo;
  • Explicar os serviços realizados, tirar dúvidas e elucidar sobre a pesquisa de satisfação aos clientes;
  • Encerrar OS e emitir NF.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo; desejável superior em andamento preferencialmente com ênfase em administração, gestão comercial;
  • Comunicação Eficaz, Foco Estratégico, Empatia e Foco no Cliente, Resiliência, Senso de Propriedade, Inteligência Emocional;
  • Visão geral do processo de oficina e pós-vendas de concessionárias.
  • Conhecimento no sistema NBS.
