Job Description

  • Manusear instrumentos de cozinha, preparar, acompanhar fermentação de massas, assar e preparar alimentos comuns em uma padaria ou cozinha industrial. Pesar, medir e preparar receitas para pães, bolos, doces e salgados (empada, folhados, etc). Preparo de massa folhada. Quais as principais atividades desenvolvidas na função? Elaboração de salgados, doces, massas e empadas. Quais os objetivos principais do Cargo? Produção de SALGADOS ASSADOS E DOCES. O Trabalho a ser realizado dependerá de algum setor? Sim, da equipe de limpeza para fornecer acessórios limpos. O trabalho é em Grupo ou Individual? Ambos, dependerá de qual receita a preparar. Possibilidade de Crescimento? SIM. Experincia como Confeiteiro – preferencialmente em Padaria
