Responsibilities:
– Generate new qualified opportunities for the sales team by prospecting and identifying potential leads.
– Utilize BANT and SPIN methodologies to qualify contacts, understanding their needs and challenges.
– Schedule quality meetings for sales executives, aligning expectations and ensuring an efficient process.
– Maintain detailed control and monitoring of the contact and company pipeline, using appropriate tools.
– Manage daily tasks and respond to emails promptly, maintaining effective communication.
– Collaborate assertively with sales and marketing teams, sharing relevant information.
– Develop effective outbound strategies, adapting to the needs of the target audience.
– Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize processes and identify qualified leads.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound lead qualification, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
– Strong knowledge of consultative and complex sales techniques in a B2B environment.
– Familiarity with outbound marketing and understanding of the sales funnel.
– Intermediate experience with HubSpot, basic knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to handle objections and conduct persuasive conversations.
– Organization and discipline to manage tasks, monitor results, and keep the CRM updated.
– Resilience, intrinsic motivation, goal orientation, and competitiveness.
