DESCRIÇÃO
O Barman é responsável por servir bebidas, além de atender aos pedidos dos clientes em bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes, festas, congressos, e outros eventos. Ele também explica os detalhes do cardápio e orienta os clientes quanto às bebidas. O Barman também pode preparar drinques e servir aperitivos.
Responsabilidades
Preparar bebidas alcoólicas e não-alcoólicas para clientes de bar e restaurante
Interagir com os clientes, anotar pedidos e servir aperitivos e drinques
Avaliar as necessidades e preferências dos clientes e fazer recomendações
Misturar ingredientes para preparar coquetéis
Planejar e apresentar o cardápio do bar
Verificar a identificação do cliente e confirmar que tem idade legal para beber
Reabastecer e repor o estoque e suprimentos do bar
Ter foco no cliente e estimular uma excelente experiência do cliente
Cumprir com todos os regulamentos de alimentos e bebidas
Requisitos
Currículo e experiência profissional comprovada como Bartender
Excelente conhecimento de misturar, guarnecer e servir drinques
Atitude positiva e excelentes habilidades de comunicação
Capacidade de manter o bar organizado, abastecido e limpo
REQUISITOS
Escolaridade Mínima: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
VALORIZADO
Tempo de experiência: Entre 3 e 5 anos
