Job Description

DESCRIÇÃOREQUISITOS

Fazer o preparo das refeições, café da manhã, café da tarde, almoço e jantar, observando a data de validade e qualidade dos produtos, visando garantir a qualidade das refeições;
Preparar os equipamentos e utensílios a serem utilizados no processo de preparo dos alimentos, utilizando equipamento de segurança apropriado, quando necessário;
Preparar os alimentos, conforme receitas e procedimentos estabelecidos, acompanhando cada etapa do processo, visando obter um produto final dentro das especificações estabelecidas;
Servir as refeições diariamente, durante os horários das refeições, fazendo a reposição na rampa, garantindo o bom atendimento aos comensais;
Acompanhar a reposição das refeições no horário do almoço, garantindo que não falte refeição durante o período, fazendo as trocas das bandejas e dos utensílios;
Fazer a limpeza e organização da área de trabalho, dos equipamentos e utensílios utilizados, visando manter a higiene no local;
No setor de perecíveis, observar aos procedimentos de higiene e limpeza para a correta manipulação das mercadorias;
As atividades serão exercidas de acordo com a necessidade da loja, para cobertura de férias, folgas e/ou faltas, licenças e outros.
