Assessorar o Departamento de Recursos Humanos na folha de pagamento da empresa e mais Diretoria em geral, recepcionar visitantes e manter contatos de interesse da empresa; Atender a telefonemas, filtrando as ligações do departamento; Conferencia Folha de Pagamento cálculo de Férias, 13 , Apuração de impostos – FGTS/GPS/IRRF; Entrega de declarações – CAGED/RAIS/IRPF/DIRF (ter ciência), cálculo de adicionais noturnos/HE. Controle de ponto diário (Ponto Secullum 4), lançamento de atestados e declarações via sistema; Controle de BH, e HE; Controle de férias; Cálculos rescisórios, e atendimento a colaboradores referente a folha de pagamento.
