Responsabilidades e atribuições

Contato direto com novos colaboradores com objetivo de orienta-los nos tramites admissionais;
Conferência de documentação no formato digital;
Agendamento de Exame Admissional;
Envio das informações para área de Departamento Pessoal gerar os contratos de trabalhos;
Reporte á área de Recrutamento e Seleção de acordo com a SLA estabelecida;
Controle de arquivos e planilhas;

Requisitos e qualificações

Graduação Completo e ou Cursando em áreas correlatas;
Experiência com rotinas administrativas, atendimento ao cliente
Será um diferencial ter atuado com processo de admissão.
Excel intermediário

Disponibilidade para atuar no formato presencial;
Escala de trabalho de segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00 as 17:48;
Disponibilidade para atuar na região de Mogi das Cruzes.
