Atuar em processos relacionados as rotinas de departamento pessoal: Admissão e demissão, benefícios, sistema de ponto de eletrônico, controle de banco de horas, processos seletivos, divulgação de vagas, orientações a colaboradores, controle de férias, agendamento de exames ocupacionais). Ter experiencias em apontamentos para fechamento de folha de pagamento, controles e contratos da empresa; Notebooks, celulares e linhas telefônicas. Controles internos: Arquivo e documentação de colaboradores, reembolso de prestadores de serviços e funcionários via sistema. Desejvel conhecimento em todas as rotinas de departamento pessoal. Ensino superior em Administrao ou Recursos Humanos. Domnio em pacote office.
