Job Description

  • Plan, organize and manage daily personal and professional schedule, with a holistic view, prioritizing important matters, monitoring appointments, changes, confirmations, anticipating scheduling conflicts.
  • Organize meetings, parties, and events, planning the event from venue booking (when necessary), IT requirements, catering, presentations, guests, etc.
  • Act as a facilitating agent, having a deep understanding of the business and actively managing the schedule, general activities, and ongoing business of the department.
  • Serve as an interface between internal departments and external stakeholders, filtering information and facilitating the flow of information, identifying needs.
  • Plan and organize trips, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and preparing necessary materials/presentations to fulfill the schedule, monitoring the flow from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Totvs system (Finance).
  • Completed higher education.
  • Reside in Mogi das Cruzes or nearby areas.
