Job Description

Ï Realiza a negociação e recuperação de crédito de acordo com a carteira e faixa de atraso, oferecendo as melhores condições de negociação para cada cliente e para GYRA+; Ï Analisar as operações de cobrança e acompanha todo processo de liquidação; Ï Acionamento ativo via sistema operacional de cobrança, telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp aos clientes inadimplentes; Ï Aprender e auxiliar no suporte e na elaboração das estratégias de cobranças; Ï Rastreamento dos contatos dos clientes; Ï Report a Diretoria dos contratos mais críticos e dos resultados do período; Ï Elaboração e alimentação de planilhas de controle diversas. Cursando ensino superior em Administrao, Cincias Contbeis, Cincias Econmicas, entre outros; Experincia profissional de no mnimo 1 (um) ano em Cobrana/Recuperao de Crdito; Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com nfase no Excel (nvel intermedirio); Habilidades de negociao; Habilidades de comunicao (escrita e verbal); Pacincia e capacidade de gerenciar o estresse. Bom relacionamento interpessoal para lidar com clientes e com outras reas da empresa.
