Responsabilidades e atribuições
Atendimento das demandas via Teams/Skipe – Do cliente e dos departamentos internos;
Atendimento a demanda via e-mail: verificar devoluções, no-show, cancelamentos;
Atendimento a alteração, dúvidas e tratativas junto ao relacionamento, área de Pricing e cliente;
Conferência de vouchers quando solicitado pelas lojas;
Contato direto com o departamento de disponibilidade a fim de buscar oportunidades de venda;
Envio de contratos encerrados quando solicitado pelo cliente;
Apoio as demandas do comercial, como atualizações de planilhas, levantamento de informações com a operação, etc.;
Atendimento na venda e pós-venda junto a loja e SAC. Monitorando o prazo de resposta para melhor atendermos o NP´s interno no cliente;
Participação nas reuniões semanais para recebermos e dividirmos os resultados e melhor performarmos no cliente;
Monitorar e acompanhar as emissões das NF’s do cliente, envio para Comissões, lançamentos e os pagamentos evitando acumulo.
