Analyze purchases of materials, equipment, and services.
Prospect suppliers for quotations and negotiations.
Manage the procurement process from start to finish, analyzing purchase requests.
Act as a facilitator between the supplier and the requesting department/team.
Monitor and verify the delivery of purchased items.
Generate purchase orders in the system.
Manage the purchase portfolio, reviewing and analyzing the supplier base to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts.
Coordinate payments with the finance department and organize them within the system.
Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience in general procurement.
On-site work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
