Job Description

” Monitorar e garantir a funcionalidade das estruturas físicas dos ambientes administrativos e escritórios (mobiliários, equipamentos e layout em geral), provendo rondas diárias. “Direcionar para os responsáveis inconformidades encontradas na operação de Zeladoria, abrindo ordens de serviço quando necessário, efetuando a gestão sobre os prazos e acompanhando as demandas. “Consolidar os indicadores da área de Zeladoria, atuando no desenvolvimento, atualização e análises, a fim de apresentar para a gestão periodicamente e identificar oportunidades de melhoria no processo operacional. “Atuar na gestão de contratos de fornecedores que dizem respeito à estrutura da empresa (cadeiras, móveis, entre outros) – Excel intermedirio; – Ensino Mdio completo ou Cursando Superior em Administrao ou reas correlatas; – Experincia na rea administrativa ou correlatas.
