Job Description

– Realizar atendimento personalizado a potenciais alunos, apresentando os diferenciais e benefícios dos cursos oferecidos pela Wizard; – Identificar e prospectar novos clientes por meio de estratégias de vendas eficazes, como visitas a empresas, ações externas e parcerias locais; – Realizar negociações comerciais, elaborar propostas e fechar matrículas; – Realizar o acompanhamento pós-venda e garantir a satisfação do aluno; – Participar ativamente de treinamentos e reuniões de vendas para aprimorar habilidades e conhecimentos; – Manter-se atualizado sobre os cursos e serviços oferecidos pela Wizard para fornecer informações precisas aos clientes. – Experincia comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente no segmento de servios educacionais; – Habilidades excepcionais de comunicao e persuaso; – Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos interpessoais slidos; – Orientao para resultados e habilidades em negociao; – Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente; – Domnio do pacote Office e facilidade com sistemas de gesto de vendas; – Formao acadmica completa ou em andamento.
