Job Description

O Analista de Sistemas EPR será o profissional responsável por oferecer suporte à ARION durante a implementação e utilização subsequente do software de gestão. Será a principal interface entre a ARION e a empresa responsável pela implantação, promovendo a comunicação entre as duas partes e fomentando um alto grau de interatividade. O que você fará neste cargo: “Apoiar a empresa na integração da ferramenta com sistemas e processos existentes; “Conduzir reuniões com as áreas para adaptar processos existentes aos módulos contratados; “Parametrizar os módulos com novos produtos, CNPJs e processos que surjam após a implantação do sistema; “Realizar testes e homologar parametrizações realizadas; “Capacitar usuários para a utilização dos módulos do sistema; “Configurar dashboards de acordo com a necessidade de cada área; “Configurar fluxos de trabalho e de aprovações; “Realizar manutenção contínua do sistema; “Apoiar a área de TI da empresa em demandas gerais de TI enquanto não houver demandas relacionadas ao sistema. E o que voc precisa para participar: “Graduao completa em TI ou reas afins. “Conhecimento do ERP e CRM, mdulos de Compra, Contbil, Faturamento, Gerencial, Financeiro, Vendas e Fiscal, alm dos mdulos do CRM; “Conhecimentos em processos de negcios; “Bons conhecimentos em Windows e Office 365. O que ser considerado um diferencial: “Conhecimento e experincia em sistema SENIOR.
