Preencher planilhas de controle;
Publicação externa e interna de vagas;
Conduzir processo de Recrutamento e Seleção;
Recolher e verificar documentos dos candidatos finalistas;
Encaminhar candidatos para exame admissional;
Encaminhar documentação do empregado para Administração de Pessoal;
Encaminhar empregado para processo de integração;
Realizar o processo de integração;
Encaminhar empregado para área específica de trabalho;
Realizar Entrevista de Desligamento e encaminhar ao RH Corporativo;
Encaminhar todas as solicitações de inclusão de dependentes nos planos de saúde e odontológico;
Prestar esclarecimento aos colaboradores referente aos processos de Recursos Humanos;
Realizar os controles de ponto dos empregados na unidade;
Encaminhar documentação de novos empregados para admissão;
Imprimir documentação de admissão, férias, desligamento, bem como, a assinatura do empregado;
Encaminhar solicitação de Desligamento e férias ao RH Corporativo;
Realizar as Homologações de desligamento;
Acompanhar a realização dos treinamentos de acordo com o PAT;
Convocar os empregados para os treinamentos planejados;
Encaminhar e recolher lista de presença.
Requisitos e Qualificações
Graduação completa em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, cursos de humanas e/ou áreas afins;
Experiência como RH Generalista, preferencialmente em indústrias;
Pacote Office Intermediário;
Desejável Inglês básico;
Disponibilidade para residir em Catalão/GO
