Desafios da vaga:
Recrutamento e seleção para cargos estratégicos e operacionais em grande volume, atuando com o alinhamento do perfil da vaga;
Aplicação de testes comportamentais (DISC e teste comportamental dos bichos), mapeamento de mercado e condução de entrevistas presenciais e remotas garantindo o atendimento das metas estabelecidas conforme prazo estabelecido;
Controle da abertura e fechamento das vagas.
Encaminhamento das informações dos novos colaboradores para os setores envolvidos recolhimento de documentação admissional, integração dos novos colaboradores, entre outras atividades inerentes ao cargo.
