  • Responsável pelas rotinas e processos burocráticos envolvidos na administração do quadro de funcionários, assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação trabalhista para a relação entre a empresa e o colaborador. Realiza análise da área de Recursos Humanos, recruta e seleciona novos colaboradores, levanta necessidades de treinamento e avalia desempenho de pessoal. Desenvolve planos de carreiras e dissemina cultura organizacional. Conhecimento amplo de legislao trabalhista Entendimento sobre obrigaes acessrias, tais como: SEFIP, CAGED, RAIS, E-Social, etc. Habilidades com clculos matemticos Perfil organizado e responsvel Habilidades com informtica Excel intermedirio Conhecimentos sobre sistemas pblicos de informaes trabalhistas Habilidades comunicativas e interpessoais Experincia prvia no setor de departamento pessoal e recursos humanos, em cargos como auxiliar e assistente. Ensino superior cursando ou completo. Residir em Paulnia.
