Estamos buscando um Analista de Processamento de Dados para atuar no nosso time de GTC (Global Track Complete) LatAm Hub atuando através da codificação e validação de dados com foco na entrega destas informações para clientes globais, podendo ser uma indústria ou categoria específica, ou conjunto de clientes presentes em vários países.

Nesta posição você fará parte de uma equipe global através de um ambiente multicultural, com pessoas talentosas que se reúnem para entregar os melhores resultados para parceiros internos e clientes! 

Responsabilidades 

  • Executar as atividades de configuração de dados, apoiando nas entregas que atendam às necessidades de clientes globais e à definição padrão de categoria para vários países
  • Atuar como ponto de contato para quaisquer dúvidas, apoiando na resolução com foco no cliente e de maneira oportuna em cooperação com as equipes de Global Client Liaison e Global Service (equipes comerciais)
  • Realizar interface com diversas áreas internas, realizando comunicação proativa e transparente sobre problemas/atrasos, aprimoramentos de serviço, atualizações de tecnologia etc
  • Apoiar na resolução de consultas relacionadas a dados, processos ou produtos
  • Analisar e identificar lacunas e áreas de melhoria na codificação, validação de entrada de dados e ambientes de instruções do cliente (CIP), impulsionando a convergência de processos e ferramentas
  • Fornecer feedback preciso e oportuno às respectivas equipes do país, orientando o SOP e o uso das melhores práticas demonstradas
  • Trabalhar em equipes relevantes de Operações/Capacitação para garantir a entrega às expectativas e satisfação do cliente

Qualificações

  • Graduação Completa (preferencialmente em Matemática, Estatística, Economia ou áreas relacionadas)
  • Experiência atuando com análise e processamento de dados
  • Domínio do Pacote Office (principalmente Power Point e Excel)
  • Inglês Intermediário
