Monitoramento de mercado: análise do mercado de Telecom na região e oportunidades para o nosso negócio.
Análise de Preço e Concorrência.
Mapeamento de todos os produtos por categoria (atualização de catálogo, folder e site).
Alinhamento e monitoramento da linha gráfica de cada produto: fotos, folder e vídeos de aplicação.
Report das Homologações de Produto, bem como do processo de MKT dentro da homologação. Acompanhamento e controle do indicador.
Análise da curva ABC de produtos para elaboração de campanhas.
Controle e Organização do Programa EVOLVE – além da organização tática, mapear as oportunidade de treinamento dentro dos clientes, com intuito de aumentar a penetração e oportunidades de vendas dentro do clientes.
Portfólio de Produtos – analise sobre a vida do produto dentro da empresa x necessidade do mercado – para tomada de decisão quanto a entrada ou saída do portfólio.
Mapeamento das oportunidades e potencial para futuros desenvolvimentos produtos.
