Gestão orçamentaria e planejamento das despesas e investimentos em tempo real;Propor o planejamento estratégico das áreas, garantindo a disponibilidade de equipamentos de Frota com melhor custo/benefício possível;
Estabelecer alternativas de desenvolvimentos para suportar inovações e demandas futuras, por meio de bechmarking e participação em comitês do sistema Coca-Cola;Assegurar a conexão dos planos de ações no cumprimento dos indicadores de serviços, custos, sustentabilidade da área e desdobramento das metas (BSC) com a visão estratégica da organização;
Desenvolver, garantir e executar projetos de redução de custo da área;Desenvolvimento de fornecedores, por meio do atendimento ao programa de frota definido pela empresa;
Desenvolver e garantir os relatórios de análise crítica da área;Garantir a execução dos trabalhos da Oficina interna, por meio de atendimento ao programa de frota definido pela empresa;
Garantir a execução dos trabalhos das Oficinas externas, através dos indicadores de performance da área;Desenvolvimento de fornecedores, por meio do atendimento ao programa de frota definido pela empresa;
Controlar e operar os softwares da área (Ticketlog, Produsoft, Trix log, SAP, Green mile)
