Fazer o cadastramento de itens do site, das lojas virtuais e em shopping virtuais;
Desenvolver a venda, e campanhas de marketing nas plataformas e outras atividades relativas ao e-commerce;
Atender ao telefone, efetuar vendas por telefone, tirar dúvidas dos clientes sobre produtos por e-mail, chat e telefone, atender aos clientes pelo chat;
Controlar as vendas feitas por telefone e site, informar os produtos vendidos nas transportadoras (Logística);
Preparar relatórios, manter o controle de estoques de produtos, ajudar na catalogação de produtos;
Demais atividades relacionadas a função., Experiência com vendas virtuais, ou por WhatsApp, ou por telefone;
Noções básicas do funcionamento de uma operação e-commerce;
Ensino superior cursando em administração ou áreas afins;
Competências: Trabalho em equipe, administração de conflitos, cordialidade.
