Job Description

  • Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar fornecedores potenciais e tendências de preços. Avaliar e selecionar fornecedores com base em critérios de qualidade, preço, prazo de entrega e sustentabilidade. Negociar contratos, acordos de preços e termos com fornecedores. Analisar e processar pedidos de compra, garantindo a exatidão das informações e a conformidade com as politicas da empresa. Monitorar o desempenho dos fornecedores, lidar com problemas de entrega e qualidade e buscar oportunidades de melhoria contínua. Colaborar com a equipe interna, como finanças, produção e logística, para garantira adequação das compras às necessidades da empresa. Realizar análises de custo-benefício para otimizar os gastos e encontrar alternativas econômicas. Manter registros precisos e atualizados de todas as transações e atividades de compras. Acompanhar as tendências do mercado, as mudanças das regulamentações e as melhores práticas da indústria relacionadas às compras. Experincia comprovada como analista de compras ou em um cargo similar. Conhecimento slido do mercado, fornecedores e produtos/servios relevantes para organizao Habilidade analticas fortes e capacidade de trabalhar com dados numricos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicao verbal e escrita. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, gerenciar mltiplas tarefas e cumprir prazos. Orientao para resultados e capacidade de tomar decises informadas.
