Responsabilidades e atribuições
Realizar lançamentos contábeis em planilhas de controle e no sistema ERP da empresa.
Controlar a entrada e baixas de ativo imobilizado.
Realizar a conciliação bancária e contábil das empresas do Grupo.
Apurar o valor para pagamento das comissões dos Representantes Comerciais.
Apoiar no fechamento mensal do balancete.
Realizar análise dos resultados da empresa.
Elaborar relatórios gerenciais de acordo com a solicitação do Gestor imediato.
Organizar arquivos e documentos.
Realizar outras atividades profissionais inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme orientação e solicitação do Gestor imediato.
