Job Description

Dar suporte aos analistas na disponibilização de agendas para clientes, mapear e atuar nas ocorrências comerciais a partir de indicadores de performance da área. 01)Atender clientes, representantes, vendedores, prestando suporte administrativo, no tocante a pendências e andamento dos pedidos, suas dúvidas e necessidades. 02)Coordenar agendamento de pedidos junto aos clientes e informando equipe de vendas referente as datas e posições. 03)Tratar ocorrências logísticas com motivos comerciais. 04)Responsável pelo EDI 05)Realizar orientação e suporte aos analistas da área para a correta aplicação dos processos. 06)Monitorar indicador do nível de serviço e desenvolver soluções nos processos e procedimentos de relacionamento. 07)Tratar todos os pré-pedidos da CIA 08)Atuar de forma prática e desburocratizada na tratativa das demandas. Tendo como referência o atendimento imediato da necessidade do cliente. 09)Executar outras atividades correlatas. Modelo hibrido, presencial 1 vez por semana Experiencia anterior como Analista comercial, com suporte a vendas no varejo; Conhecimento intermedirio em Excel; Facilidade de acesso a Santana, zona norte de SP.
