Receber pedidos de clientes e realizar análise crítica para liberar à produção e demais áreas; Preparar e encaminhar novos clientes para cadastro; Solicitar atualização e verificar ficha cadastral do cliente; Esclarecer dúvidas do pedido; Checar e relatar irregularidades na entrega de produtos; Efetuar atendimento ativo e receptivo à clientes e representantes; Emitir O.C para fabricação de produtos; Negociar prazos, desenvolver e enviar orçamentos a clientes/representantes. Monitorar junto ao PCP o andamento de pedidos e atualizar os clientes quanto à prazos de entrega; Realizar periodicamente pesquisa de satisfação do cliente; entre outras . Requisitos Experiência na função. Ensino técnico ou superior em andamento em áreas afins. Agilidade, comunicação, iniciativa, organização, negociação, foco no cliente, trabalho em equipe.
